These terms apply to your use of skynify.com (the "website"), which is run by Skynify, a Shopify growth agency based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the website.

General information, not a promise of results

The articles, guides and other content on this website are general information about e-commerce marketing. They aren't professional advice for your specific business, and you should decide for yourself, or with your own advisers, how to apply them.

Client results described on the website, such as revenue growth or return on ad spend, are real examples from past work. Every business is different, and they aren't a promise or guarantee of the results you'll get.

Booking a call

Booking a strategy call is free and doesn't commit you to anything. A call doesn't make you a client. If we work together, our services are covered by a separate written agreement, and that agreement takes priority over these terms.

Please give accurate details when you book. We may reschedule or cancel a booking if we need to.

Our content

The website and its content, including text, design, graphics and code, belong to Skynify or the people who licensed them to us, and are protected by copyright and other laws. You're welcome to read the content, share links to it and quote short passages with credit to Skynify. Please don't copy, republish or sell our content without our written permission.

Client names and logos belong to their owners and appear only to describe our past work.

Third-party services and links

The website uses and links to services run by others, including our booking calendar (GoHighLevel), YouTube, our Skool community and social networks. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them, and we aren't responsible for their content or how they work.

Using the website responsibly

Please don't misuse the website. For example, don't try to break or overload it, access parts of it you aren't meant to, copy it with automated tools at scale, submit false bookings, or use it for anything unlawful.

No warranties

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and "as available", without promises that it will always be complete, current, error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Skynify isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the website or reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim related to the website is limited to 100 Canadian dollars. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute about the website or these terms will be handled by the courts of British Columbia, in Vancouver.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Using the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
